Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your TAFT products, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn boots or shoes back in their original TAFT box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
